ABOUT ME
The changing landscape of rural of Ontario is a theme reflected in both my fiction and non-fiction. I enjoy telling stories that envelop our history, that give a glimpse into another time, that explain how we got here.
Born in Ontario to a long ancestral line of dairy farmers I feel compelled to promote the value of farming communities, small rural congregations, and sense of place. Articles in Ontario Farmer included community events, personality profiles, book reviews and historical topics. Work published in the Ayr News focused on community and family life.
June lives near Woodstock, Ontario surrounded by the dairy farms, corn and soybean fields that inspire her.
